  • CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL LEVELS; ANSWERING EMAILS, PHONES & MORE

  • WORKING ON OUR UP AND COMING WEBSITE

  • STOCK TAKING, REPORTING, FULFILLING, RECIEVING AND ORDERING

  • GENERAL DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKSHOP AND STORE FRONT ALONG WITH OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CAPABLE OF TAKING SHOP RIDES EVERY FEW WEEKS WITH CUSTOMERS ON LOCAL TRAILS WIH COMMON SENSE AND TRAIL SAFETY

  • SHOP DISPLAYS AND MANAGEMENT

  • PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY FOR USE ON SOCIALS AND WEBSITE

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

  • PREVIOUS BIKE INDUSTRY AND KNOWLEDGE NECCESSARY

  • SUBMITTING AND FOLLOWING UP WITH WARRANTIES

  • WORK WITH A SMALL TEAM

  • FACE TO FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • A PASSION FOR MOUNTAIN BIKING

Sprung is a family owned small business who are passionate about bikes and froth for adventures with work-life balance. We don't work weekends, as we like to go riding and have time with our friends and family. We want someone with a passion for mountain biking, who has previously worked in the bike industry and is always keen on learning more.
